Hello
We are back from CA and we are officially married. We
stayed with my friend from graduate school, Ahna, and
her husband, Mo, and their daughter, Ellia. Despite
the kids never quite adjusting to the time change, we
had a nice time. Can you say up at 3:30 AM??
Emmett, my older brother, popped up from an
underground parking garage just as we were approaching
City Hall, which was so nice to have him there. Ahna,
Mo, and the kids were all there. We were married in
the rotunda of City Hall - a very beautiful place.
And, despite our casual approach to this whole thing,
we were both a bit overwhelmed with emotions at
finally getting married.
We got back and the sideboard was delivered yesterday.
Kim and Maeve put it together today and it looks
great. Thank you so much, everyone. We never expected
any gifts and we are really touched to have received
this gift and for all of you to have celebrated with
us virtually!
Here are some pictures from the wedding and one of the
sideboard (ignore our strangely posed daughter and
messy livingroom).
Thanks again
Kelly and Kim
